Since 1990 members of the Royal New Zealand Nursing Corps have served in many countries, such as Iraq, Somalia, Timor-Leste formally East Timour, Bougainville, Ajghanistan, Solomon Islands and Bosnia. Their service has been in countries from war based to humanitarian service.

The history of the RNZNC betweeen 1950 - 2015 is now included in the latest book published in 2015.

Included in this publication are all the rolls of over 2,700 women and men past and present who served in the NZANS to RNZNC. Also includes those women who served during WW2 in the Medical Division of the NZWAAC and VADs who served in New Zealand military hospitals during World War One. The rolls include those New Zealand nurses known to have who served in other military nursing services and organisations in both World Wars.
