Since 1990 members of the Royal New Zealand Nursing Corps have served in many countries, from war based to humanitarian service. Such as the Iraq, Somalia, Timor-Leste formally East Timour, Bougainville, Ajghanistan, Solomon Islands and Bosnia. As well as several humanitarian operations. The original book on the history of RNZNC only goes to 1989 and I am now looking to add service history since that time. Therefore to enable the history of the Corps to be updated accurately we would like to hear from you. Personal accounts, dairies and photographs or anything at all will be helpful. 2015 will be one hundred years since the formation of the New Zealand Army Nursing Service and time to collate information will be needed so please make contact now. As permission to publish your material is neccessary please ensure such authority in writing is included with your material if sending by post or courier. If material is sent via email please ensure permission to publish is clearly stated. I look forward to hearing from you. Sherayl McNabb |
